What Happens Next?


1.    We’ll Acknowledge It: Expect to hear from us within 2 working days.
2.    We’ll Investigate: Our goal is to sort things out quickly, ideally within 10 working days. If it takes longer, we'll keep you in the loop.
3.    We’ll Get Back to You: We aim for a written response. When appropriate, a call might be the first step, followed by a written summary.


Not Quite Satisfied?

 

You can ask for a review, which will be handled by our Group Director of Operations or their deputy. We'll confirm we've got your request within 5 working days and aim to resolve everything within 30 working days, keeping you updated on any hitches.

Are there issues that span different services? No problem. We’ll streamline our response to make sure everything is addressed together, explaining how we'll manage your complaint right after we acknowledge it.
