We’re delighted to announce that two of our next generation of property surveyors have succeeded in achieving a significant qualification, which will help them grow within our modernising profession.
Murray Bodek, 35 (left), and Adam Barrett, 23 (right), both completed the Diploma in Quantity Surveying Technology at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), following two years of study. Not to be outdone by the other, both achieved distinctions.
RebuildCostASSESSMENT.com director Will Molland BSc MCIOB AssocRICS, commented: “We’re all hugely proud of the commitment and hard work shown by Murray and Adam in gaining their qualifications, and to such a high standard.
“Their course covered everything from construction cost planning and sustainability to contract tendering and property law, all of which will be incredibly helpful when it comes to assisting customers and supporting reliable assessments of rebuild cost.”
Will added: “As a business that believes in bringing new talent to what is now a dynamic, tech-based and transformational industry we are delighted with the progress of Murray and Adam. As they both move on our plan is to put others down a similar path, cementing our position as the leading player in the property insurance valuation market by investing in the talent of the future.”
Adam Barrett said: “To be honest I’m just delighted and a little bit relieved to have got through it all. Murray and I have become great friends during our time studying together and so knowing we’ve both done the best we possibly can is great news. Now it’s all just onwards and upwards as we say here in the team.”
